Guitar Hero haters. Why? I don't know.
In lieu of all the Guitar Hero 3 excitement over the last couple of days, Mrs. Zero (my wife) informed me of some rather abhorrent information. One of her sweet co-workers, who I will name Nuk-Nuk, has a sister-in-law that is abrasive for the sake of being abrasive. She said, “Oh pa-leaase! Guitar Hero is for dem guys who, ya know, are frustrated cuz day-don’t have da skeels ta play a reaaaal guitar. Uh-huh, dats right. (while waving index finger)”
Wow, Nuk-Nuk’s sister-in-law is brilliant. I was unaware that…anyone who plays Street Fighter is an uncoordinated bastard who has unsuccessfully managed to execute a Tae Kwon Do sidekick…or that fans of Call of Duty are only for military candidates that failed their physical exams because they had three large testicals and potato shaped genitalia. Listen here N-N's S-I-Law, people participate in games and activities for entertainment and it’s what they enjoy. Don’t hate because you don’t have anything to be passionate about or enjoy doing in your spare time…or maybe your life is just all considered spare time. On a side note, I’ve been playing my 6-string acoustic for over 12 years and the ukulele on and off. Trying to beat Psychobilly Freakout for GH2 on Expert is definitely the hardest song I’ve every played, for both the real and video game worlds. Then again, that could either show how useless I am with the 6-string or how horrific I am with the 5-button.
Damn…I lost my train of thought. I’m outside right now and it started to drizzle, so I had to pack up the laptop, beer, and cigar*. Speaking of cigars, a worker at my local cigar shop suggested I use cognac instead of distilled water in my humidor…but I kind of fear that this distilled form of brandy may become detrimental to the health and wellness of my cigars and humidor. Anybody have thoughts on that? Oh well. Its 6:30pm EST and Mrs. Zero isn’t home yet, which also means it’s time to finish all songs on Medium in Guitar Hero.

With that logic, one would assume an individual who is good at "real guitar" would have Guitar Hero mastered. Why then does my boyfriend - who is an incredibly talented guitarist - extremely suck balls at Guitar Hero? Finger-wagger poses a very weak correlation.
