Jammin on da' one..

GH3, you complete me. Actually, I completed you...all songs on Medium, that is. Spartans, Prepare for Glory! It came down to a back breaking battle between myself and Lou (the devil) playing The Devil Went Down to Georgia. Good lawd, Beelzebub has some major picking skills. Though I have completed all 42 songs on medium, I'm still just a few songs away from 5 starring all of them. In time.

As I was cracking my knuckles in preparation for the 5-star medium achievement, I get a message. Knock, Knock , Who's there...it's Mr Snank knocking on my XBox360. We partake in some friendly co-op'ing on songs like "My Name is Jonas" and "Cherub Rock"...even perfecting one of the songs and getting 933 consecutive notes. The competitor that he is, Snank quickly challenged me to a pro face off battle after our lil' warm up. We each selected 2 songs that were to be included in the battle pool of 4. Snank took a quick lead as he outscored me by 20k and 10k in the first two rounds, respectively. My hands were shaking and close to disappearing, much like Michael J. Fox in Back to the Future.

To make a long story short, my fortune took a turn for the better and I defeated the GH3 giant on Eric Johnson's "Cliffs of Dover" and Rage's "Bull’s on Parade." The game was tied...which means sudden death overtime. Pearl Jam's "Even Flow" was the song to determine the GH3 champion of the night. Ready, GO! I felt fearless, and my last two victories created so much momentum not even Anthony Mason's gleaming white teeth could stop me. (Side note: Snank's microphone was on and I could hear every noise he made while playing) Midway through the song, as we jammed hammer-on after pull-off, pull-off and hammer-on, Snank suffered to an overflow of lactic acid in his fingers which greatly affected his jamming prowess. Victory!

You may have won a battle, but the war is yet to be decided... I completed all 5 stars on medium after work, and ran through a few wimps online after that.

I am officially able to kick ass on Raining Blood, and I shall make YOUR BLOOD RAIN ONTO THE GROUND!!!

MrSnank OUT!
